Brendan leads the practice with more than 30 years of experience across public practice and corporate financial management. He advises on accounting, taxation, SMSFs, property development, business structuring, asset protection and technology-led improvement. He has established three accounting practices, founded a financial planning firm and worked across industries including IT, retail, medical, manufacturing, real estate, property development and film and television production.

Richard commenced in public practice in 1993 and founded Anderson & Associates in Kingscliff in 2006 before the firm merged with Butlers Accountants in 2021. His experience spans taxation, business management, GST, self-managed superannuation and property accounting, with a practical perspective shaped by decades of advising clients throughout the Tweed region.

Neil has more than 25 years of experience in business services across Northern New South Wales and Southern Queensland. He specialises in accounting, tax, compliance and strategic business planning, with particular expertise advising medical practitioners, clinics, allied health businesses, property clients and small to medium enterprises.

Mitchell brings more than 10 years of accounting experience and specialises in business advisory, small business accounting, taxation and superannuation. He advises on strategic growth, technology integration, tax-efficient structuring and business protection, while helping clients improve performance and scale operations.

Megan has 40 years of experience across commerce and public practice. She advises individuals, families, businesses, wealth builders and retirees on compliance, tax planning and strategy, with deep expertise in self-managed superannuation funds.

Alyssa leads the Superannuation Team and oversees the administration and compliance of more than 250 self-managed superannuation funds. She manages financial statements, annual returns, regulatory reporting, audit coordination, pension documentation and ongoing compliance monitoring.

Jennifer has more than 20 years of corporate and public accounting experience. She works closely with small businesses to improve management systems, profitability and decision-making, using strong capability in Xero, Excel and financial analysis.

Jessica is an experienced public practice accountant specialising in tax returns, financial statements, management reporting, tax planning and financial performance. She also supports complex engagements, reviews team work and mentors developing accountants.

Based in Kingscliff, Kim has more than 25 years of public practice experience. She advises small to medium businesses on taxation and financial reporting and is known for exceptional service, attention to detail and practical, reliable advice.

Wayne has more than 25 years of private practice experience and has been a CPA since 2012. He provides accounting, taxation and advisory services, including financial statements, tax returns and BAS lodgements, with an emphasis on practical solutions and current technology.

Roberta has more than 16 years of experience spanning Big Four audit, public practice and business advisory. She prepares and reviews tax returns, BAS lodgements and financial statements, identifies compliance issues and helps owners understand their results and make better decisions.

Kate has more than eight years of tax accounting experience. She prepares tax returns, financial statements and BAS lodgements for individuals and small to medium businesses and provides practical guidance on complex tax matters.

Cade has worked in public practice in Wagga Wagga and on the Gold Coast since 2017. He specialises in financial reporting, compliance and advisory services, combining technical precision with clear, actionable advice.

Sasha has more than 20 years of experience across corporate and public accounting. She provides end-to-end bookkeeping, including payroll, BAS, reconciliations, Xero setup, troubleshooting and software migrations.

Naomi brings more than 30 years of marketing management experience across major retailers, small businesses and franchise networks. She leads the firm’s marketing and communication strategy and supports brand positioning, client communication, practice management, operational improvement and strategic planning.

Jayne is the first point of contact at the Kingscliff office. She manages enquiries, appointments, documents and client communications with warmth, professionalism and careful attention to detail.

Dimitee oversees day-to-day client service operations, correspondence, ASIC and ATO liaison and new entity setup. She is also developing her technical capability in tax return preparation.

Talisa has been with the firm for more than 10 years. She supports clients across financial administration and assists the Superannuation Team with SMSF administration and compliance processes.

Jodie brings more than 15 years of client service experience in financial planning and accounting. She assists with tax and BAS enquiries, liaises with the ATO and other government bodies and helps clients access and understand their accounting information.

Isabelle has supported the Superannuation Team since 2019 and brings more than 20 years of corporate experience from Switzerland. She specialises in SMSF administration and speaks German, French and Italian.

Vesi supports clients with ASIC obligations, financial statement compilations, new entity setup and general accounting enquiries. She has more than six years of public accounting administration experience.

Robbie has been with the firm for more than 10 years and specialises in ASIC compliance and corporate administration. He manages annual obligations, permanent corporate records and filing systems and supports the broader client service team.
